When Adi and Roey Fishman went to France to discover the people and the food, they were rewarded with a once in a lifetime internship at a croissanterie in Lyon. For six months they learned the ideal conditions and ingredients to make an immaculate croissant. They brought this knowledge back to Tel Aviv where they designed a bakery to create the same croissants to be used at their quaint sandwich shop. Croissant sandwiches are available with any combination of imported meat, gourmet cheese and poached egg as well as truffle spread. However, for the ultimate experience, order the “complete” version with all of the above ingredients. It’s a quick bite you’ll not forget.
