La Table du Connétable Restaurant Review:
This posh restaurant is tucked inside the Auberge du Jeu de Paume, a luxury hotel that faces the majestic Château de Chantilly. Julien Lucas, former stalwart of Patrick Bertron at Le Relais Bernard Loiseau, now mans the stove. The menu includes topnotch ingredients such as oysters, foie gras, blue lobster and calf sweetbread. End on a sweet note with the signature dessert, the chocolate soufflé with Sicilian pistachio. To match the meal, count on a collection of fine wines suggested by Clément Gautier, previously the sommelier of the Prince de Galles hotel.
