L'Absinthe Restaurant Review:
This bistro has a delightful location near Colette. It is run by Michel Rostang's daughter, Caroline, who presents a soft, “hip" version of Rostang’s cuisine in this renovated old place. There’s a quiet outdoor terrace opening on the pedestrian area of central Place du Marché Saint-Honoré. From the menu, we suggest the foie gras and duck meat pie, the solid rib steak with potatoes and garlic, and the chocolate tart with coffee ice cream.
