The menu is read from a blackboard and the endearing staff delivers the simple, rustic dishes with grace and aplomb. Starters include foie gras terrine, entrecôte, bone marrow, and eggs scrambled with chanterelles. Continue with tripe à la Caen, a beautiful filet of salmon in béarnaise sauce, duck confit, and kidneys naturale. Hidden on one of those little side streets in the bustling St-Sulpice area, Henri is a solid, affordable find.
