Le Cosi Restaurant Review:
Looking for authentic Corsican cuisine in Paris? Go no further. In a brasserie atmosphere, located just a few steps from Le Panthéon, the chef at Le Cosi uses fresh ingredients from the island of beauty to prepare hearty, family Corsican cuisine. A must, of course, is the assiette de charcuterie course for the table, followed by the sweetbreads in puff pastry with mushrooms and chestnuts or the stuffed tomatoes tart with coriander and stewed onions. Then, move on to the veal stufatu with olives or the steamed bass in banana leaf. Let us not forget the Corsican cheeses, though, and the fiadone de Marie-Jeanne, another Corsican delight with cheese made from ewe's milk mixed with orange. A short wine list of Corsican wines is available.
