The enticingly exotic fare here cooked by Eric Jenny includes traditional tandooris, pan-roasted salmon with olive chutney, herb-marinated lamb, and fresh roasted mangoes flambéed with cardamom. The wine selections are adapted to the spicy food, with a particularly nice choice of gewurztraminers.
