The two fountains that inspired the name consume most of the sweetly rustic, cobblestoned courtyard that is central to this massive restaurant. And check out the incredible ocean view. Breakfast is a pleasure. Jumbo shrimp or sea scallops Provençale are hearty winners for dinner, and the fresh Florida lobster, though priced at a preposterous fortune for a local catch, is fair. Stick to the simpler seafood preparations and to such specialties as authentic bouillabaisse, served in a crock and perfect for two. Beware: Servers ask for menu numbers, not menu names, please, to punch selected items into hand-held computers. Consider the high check totals, and dinner here can be infuriating, save for that bouillabaisse and the view.
