Les Fines Gueules Restaurant Review:
Former restaurant « La Tourelle » has been purchased and transformed by Albert Villaret and Arno Bradol. The short menu with its four appetizers, four entrées and four desserts, abounds with top quality produce: bread from Poujauran, butter from Bordier, meat from Hugo Desnoyers. The leeks with Iberian sardines, the tartare from Limousin beef served with "grenaille" potatoes, the leg of lamb with purée and the poached peach accompanied with a milk caramel are pure delights.
