Little Havana Restaurant Review:
As Miami's capacious Cuban restaurants go, this one's more elegant than most, with waiters decked out in tuxedo vests and white linens on the tables. The food's generally a notch better than average, too, with accomplished versions of the standards including white bean soup, yucca with garlic sauce, roasted pork topped with onions, and an appealingly juicy vaca frita (shredded, refried steak). Shrimp and lobster dishes can be less than fresh-tasting, though, so unless it's seafood paella night, you might want to steer clear.
