Brothers Jorge, Eduardo and Walter Rodriguez offer a taste of their homeland at Los Balcones, which is named after the wooden balconies in Lima, Peru. Start off with ceviches or huancaina (potatoes in a creamy sauce), then continue with the lomo saltado (sautéed beef tenderloin with tomatoes, onions, rice and fries).
