Loteria Grill has established itself with several locations in the Los Angeles area. This Santa Monica location features chef/owner Jimmy Shaw's fresh Mexican cuisine in an expansive multi-room cantina. The menu offers all-day "desayuno" (breakfast) and a variety of ceviches, soups and salads. The jicama enchilada is made with jicama cubes tossed in a spicy orange-chipotle dressing, fresh mint and "queso añejo" on mixed greens.
