THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Lucy's Hat Shop Restaurant Review:
There are no hats in this hip Old City spot. Rather, it sports a sort of thrown together eclectic look. Located in an old industrial building on gentrified Market Street, Lucy’s is another fun place for the trendy set, with a limited menu served from 3 p.m. on. It also offers a kitschy bar, a billiard table and lots of action. Snack on quesadillas and cheese fries washed down by daily drink specials or pick from the straightforward wine list, house red or house white. The prices are low, and the people-watching --- and mingling --- is tops, especially if you’re a young thing. There's a good party option for groups: $15 open bar Friday and Saturday from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., a fun outing that must be booked 24 hours in advance.
