Mac McGee Restaurant Review:

Enjoy Irish American fare at Mac McGee in Roswell. Here the beer cheese combo comes not as a soup but as a fondue, and sausage rolls, made with the house-made sausage, are wrapped in puff pastry with honey mustard for dipping. It's worth the ride out to the 'burbs for the beef and Guinness stew, and the one dish the two establishments share, which is the lamb-based shepherd's pie. We've enjoyed a substantial chicken salad, too, although it's not a menu standard. When it's available, get the Banoffee pie for dessert --- this American-inspired English pie combines bananas, cream and toffee. Bypass the wine and enjoy a fine brew, a whiskey or any of the several combinations thereof, known as Boilermakers.
