Curry paste, being the heart of Thai cuisine, is well represented on the menu. Do note the printed hotness guide: One pepper really does mean hot, so three-pepper dishes are only for the well-prepared heat-seeker. House specials like the cashew chicken, the deep-fried red snapper delight and the bountiful seafood clay pot are dining bargains.
