May Dragon Restaurant Review:
May Dragon is a big restaurant with a big menu, but the rooms are nicely broken down into quiet, secluded individual rooms, so you can dine in relative privacy. They do a very tasty Peking duck here, done in the traditional way of presenting half of it sliced, ready for you to smear a thin little crêpe with hoisin sauce, add the duck and a scallion curl, roll and eat. The other half of the duck is then served in a sauté of vegetables. The crispy whole red snapper also scores high marks, but ask for the Hunan sauce on the side instead of on top of the fish, so the fish won't lose its crispness. Skip the insipid fried rice and opt for plain rice instead. Check out the “For The Authentically Included” section of the appetizer list for more adventurous fare.
