THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Memphis Bar-B-Q Restaurant Review:
This transplant offers a Deep South experience and sometimes good food, while the décor is meant to conjure up images of Elvis in his heyday, and maybe a rural Southern country store. As for the ribs, Memphis's are lean. However, you may choose wet or dry ribs, and the dry ribs are nicely seasoned; good sides are the seasoned fries and barbecued beans. You'll also find barbecued pizzas, burritos, chicken and beef. If you like your calories from chocolate, hold out for the Tennessee Mudd, made of Oreo cookies and chocolate pudding.
