THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Memphis Pig Out Restaurant Review:
Shelves and cabinets filled with thousands --- yes, thousands --- of pieces of pig paraphernalia will surely tickle your funny bone while you wait for saucy chicken and ribs and a side of chunky, country-style applesauce. Nodding to its location close-by the waterfront, chef-owners Mark and Connie Strassburg include some seafood on the menu as well, such as cornmeal-crusted catfish and a buttery New England clam chowder. You’ll also find some Italian favorites (this is New Jersey, after all). But make no mistake, Memphis-style barbecued ribs are the stars here. The strawberry shortcake is an end-of-the-meal treat.
