While Cleveland has a substantial selection of Asian restaurants dotting the landscape, #1 Pho features one of the largest arrays of delicate Vietnamese dishes. Appetizers include grilled meatballs, shredded pork rolls and lotus root salad. Soups are customizable and served with condiments --- bean sprouts, jalapeños, fresh Thai basil --- and sauces, including spicy red sauce and smoked plum sauce. The broken rice dishes are also notable; try the grilled shrimp variation. There's a nice beer and wine selection, too.
