Eating at chef/owner Kevin Hanney’s casual neighborhood bistro makes every day feel like a special occasion. The spacious dining room is lined with cozy booths, and a large bar counter allows guests to get a view into the kitchen where executive chef Jason Schoonover and his team offer up small plates like Shinsato Farm pork belly confit or grilled tako (octopus) bruschetta. Sunday Supper menus rotate weekly, featuring comfort food classics such as Maple Leaf Farms duck a la coq au vin or Maui Cattle Company meatloaf, designed to be shared family-style. Save room for creative desserts like lilikoi mochi cake or smoked Manoa chocolate flan. Bar manager Mike Hall has designed craft cocktails that complement the food.
