An old-timer in Bethesda and one of the first Thai restaurants in the area, Bangkok Garden serves traditional meals to those who look for authentic fare. If you can read Thai script, ask for the all-Thai menu for some unusual dishes. Otherwise, try the soft-shell crab, the crispy fried whole fish and the chicken in basil. Décor, with plenty of Thai and Buddhist art, captures the atmosphere and sounds of Bangkok.
