Bar Pleiades Restaurant Review:
For the striking black and white décor of Bar Pleiades, designer Lauren Rottet was inspired by the Art Deco period and style icon Coco Chanel. The cocktail menu is organized in four sections: "La Tradition" (classics), "La Saison" (drinks inspired by the seasons), "Le Potager" (featuring ingredients from farmers' markets) and "Le Voyage" (globally influenced). A menu of bar bites is meant to complement the cocktails. Oysters and charcuterie are on offer, as is a selection of five artisanal cheeses. Dry-aged beef sliders arrive with melted Comté cheese on pillowy brioche, and arancini are scented with black truffle. There's also a late-night menu, so you can keep imbibing and snacking into the small hours.
