Executive chef Anthony Zallo focuses the menu on organic, all-natural ingredients. He makes fresh pasta and cheese and cures meats in-house. Try the market soup and one of the salads, featuring goods sourced from the local markets. Other big sellers: hanger steak with asparagus and polenta, and the lamb burger with garlic-tomato mayonnaise. The wine list spotlights new-world choices by the glass and domestic and imported wines by the bottle. Desserts are homemade and seasonal.
