Bimini Boatyard Restaurant Review:
Situated on the marina, Bimini boasts a breezy charm with hardwood floors, white tablecloths and water views with million dollar yachts bobbing in the harbor. Menu-wise, Cuban-born executive chef Odel Arencibia added some lighter Caribbean-inspired fish grilled over Florida oak, such as Havana mahi mahi with passion fruit mojito glaze and spicy kimchi; and swordfish over white bean and lobster ragoût. Mainstays like sweet honey-infused Bimini bread, Nassau fish tacos and Bahamian conch fritters remain along with salads, sandwiches and pastas. Portions are large enough that even a sumo wrestler would need to take home a doggie bag.
