BrewCo Restaurant Review:

A mere two blocks from the pier, the front wall of this restaurant opens onto the busy street, allowing diners to people-watch or take in the sparkling ocean view. On the wide-ranging menu is a giant soft pretzel imported from Munich, a welcome salty accompaniment to the beers. Several salads are available, with selections from chipotle chicken to citrus salmon and coconut shrimp. Graze on halibut tacos, a hickory burger, or filet mignon chili, while large plates like seafood enchiladas or skirt steak served with tortillas and red rice offer plenty of choices. Fish ‘n’ chips are disappointingly soggy, but the baby-back ribs with a homemade barbecue sauce are more than satisfying, falling off the bone and with very little fat. Dessert is limited to a chocolate chip cookie sundae with vanilla ice cream. Beers are definitely the beverage to order, though there are a few California wines, too.
