Brother's Sushi Restaurant Review:

Expect to find the usual complement of toro, halibut, Spanish mackerel and more; it’s superior to most of the competition and reason enough to snag one of the coveted counter seats at this Valley sushi spot. For non-traditionalists, it’s worth ordering the Kerry Roll---crab, tuna, salmon and tempura shrimp. There are also some compelling non-sushi options like a ceviche with tuna, yellowtail, salmon, shrimp and vegetables in a spicy ponzu sauce. Omakase, or chef’s choice, is also a good option, though pricey.
