Cacio e Vino Restaurant Review:
Dedicated to the cuisine of Sicily, this offshoot of nearby Roman food-focused Cacio e Pepe impresses with fine pastas and fish and meat entrées. Rigatoni alla Norma with fried eggplant, tomato sauce, salted ricotta and basil is a longtime favorite. Sicilian wine is in ample supply as well, with a dozen selections available by the glass. The small space, which opens onto Second Avenue, sports two flat-screen TVs that draw soccer-watching crowds on weekends.
