Captain Pell's Fairfax Crab House Restaurant Review:
A longtime inhabitant of Fairfax County and with an outpost in Maryland, this wacky, shirtsleeves-only restaurant with its year-round eat-all-you-want crab fest attracts seafood-mad folks in droves. On any given Saturday or Sunday night you'll compete for parking spaces outside and for seating inside. But the wait is worth the pile of sweet tender Chesapeake Bay (or elsewhere) blue crabs served up by waitstaff scurrying from table to table. Don't want nonstop crabs? Relax, and turn to the menu. You can start with hush puppies, fried oysters and mozzarella sticks. And for the main meal, have a crab cake sandwich or order a basket of fried shrimp.
