Caribou Coffee Company Restaurant Review:

Caribou Coffee was founded by a young couple that wanted to create “a place where people could take a break and enjoy the simple, good things in life, a great cup of coffee, the daily newspaper, a conversation with a friend.” We like to come and kick back with the Hot Apple Blast, Mint Condition or Turtle Mocha with one of the buttery scones and muffins. During the holidays we can't resist the eggnog-driven Fa La Latte and the Cinnamon Wild; come summer, the iced chai and coffee coolers really hit the spot. Grab-and-go food offerings like sandwiches and salads vary from store to store but are always top quality and tasty. Even though the shops are becoming a ubiquitous part of any strip mall, the warm, knotty pine interiors are less generic than its closest rival.
