Skewers of meats are among the many specialties on this extensive menu, and you can't go wrong with any of them. But it's difficult to beat the combination appetizer plate. The larger version is enough food for several meals, and includes crispy falafel, hummus, baba ghanouj, tabbouleh and warm pita. Among the more exotic sounding choices is fool mudamas --- tender fava beans prepared with lemon, garlic and olive oil. You'll also find favorites like shwarma, a pita burger and lamb kebabs. The Carnival burger is a patty of beef and lamb combined, served on a sesame seed bun with french fries --- border-crossing comfort food. For dessert look for baklava or Arabic ashtaliah pudding. Some wines and beers are available, as are Arabic coffee and espresso.
