Carrabba's Italian Grill Restaurant Review:
The homey setting at Carrabba's is enhanced with a warm décor anchored by a wood-burning pizza oven and an open pasta kitchen. Whether your party includes a local politician or a table of screaming kids, the accommodating staff will treat you as if you’re a guest in their home. We never pass on the house salad with creamy Parmesan dressing, a great starter for any dish on the extensive menu. Follow-ups could include the simple tagliarini pasta with fresh basil, tomatoes and lots of garlic; or the rigatoni alla Norma, with sautéed eggplant and ricotta cheese. Hearty steaks and chops please the meat-lovers, but a better choice would be to select from the list of Carrabba’s specialties---including a sinfully rich dish called Pollo Rosa Maria, a chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and Fontina and topped with a mushroom-basil butter sauce.
