Chef Chai Restaurant Review:
Chai Chaowasaree, who closed Chai's Island Bistro at Aloha Tower after more than 14 years, followed up with Chef Chai in Honolulu. The menu features many of Chaowasaree's customer favorites, like his kataifi prawns, Japanese eggplant and zucchini soufflé, and kabayaki New Zealand salmon, but also includes newer items like deconstructed scallop potpie with lobster reduction.
