Chicago Fire Restaurant Review:
The midtown location of this expanding local chain attracts young and old alike with its varied menu and fun atmosphere. Dark wood and brick walls are offset by bright artwork, making this traditional pizza parlor hip and modern. Despite the name, both Chicago-style deep-dish and thin-crusted pies are available, as well as stuffed pies, pasta and salads. The Great Chicago Fire features hot Italian sausage, peppers and habanero sauce, while the Second City BBQ is topped with chicken, Canadian bacon and barbecue sauce. Best of all, Chicago Fire serves nearly three dozen wines by the glass, a half dozen beers on tap and several specialty cocktails. If possible, finish off the meal with the deep-dish chocolate chip pizza, paired with vanilla ice cream.
