Chimichurri Grill Restaurant Review:
Though tiny, with just about ten tables, Chimichurri Grill is an underrated dining destination. Most of the steaks are from Argentina, and the majority of the rest of the ingredients are carefully chosen by the chef from local farmers. You'll see empanadas on every table, but save room for the stuffed piquillo peppers as starters. There are pastas for non-meat eaters but those types are better off elsewhere as steak takes center stage. Both the hanger steak and filet are served with a good version of this restaurant’s namesake sauce. Filet mignon with blue cheese sauce is also a good option. Desserts change regularly but the caramelized apple crêpe with dulce de leche ice cream is a staple, and a good one at that. The wine list is not extensive but it stays on theme and its selections are all sourced from Argentina.
