Southampton Inn's restaurant has a new name, Claude's, but guest favorites like the buttermilk blueberry pancakes and the Angus beef hamburger can still be found on the breakfast and lunch menus. The kitchen sources vegetables and herbs from the property's garden, when in season. During the summer, guests can opt to sit out in the courtyard under colorful umbrellas. Meanwhile, the pool patio bar opens in the afternoon from 3 p.m.–7 p.m. and serves up floats, shakes and tropical cocktails.
