Coi founder Daniel Patterson has returned to the restaurant as executive chef, and Erik Anderson has left that role. A visit here is a rarefied experience, with one daily changing tasting menu available each evening ($195, plus a 20 percent service charge) featuring contemporary cuisine. The sommelier is Alex Whit. Coi’s interior nods at nature with live-edge wooden tables, hand-thrown pottery and floral arrangements.
