The Flying Biscuit Cafe Restaurant Review:
The Flying Biscuit was launched at Candler Park, and its popularity has never waned. Locals pour in for chicken or soy sausage, turkey bacon, hash, pot roast or meatloaf. Pork is limited to apple wood-smoked bacon. Huge organic oatmeal pancakes are popular, although these strike us as a bit heavy. The smoked salmon scramble appears less argumentative. The namesake biscuits look smaller than they once were, but we like their exterior crispness. Breakfast is served all day long, but lunch is also offered --- look for the signature turkey meatloaf, accompanied by a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The company's bakery is adjacent to this outpost, making it tempting to take home extra baked items for later snacking. Other locations.
