Fogo de Chão Restaurant Review:

It’s safe to say that the all-you-can-eat, one-price-gets-everything arrangement of the churrascaria, or Brazilian-style steakhouse, has taken hold, and this spot --- with its high ceilings, moody lighting and spacious floor plan --- is at the top of its ilk. Its salad bar, of all things, is most worthy of accolades. The gauchos (waiters) who slice your meat right off the skewered roast are a little too focused on their craft but they sure are efficient. So stop counting the calories and dive into the sizzling, spit-fired top sirloin, young leg of lamb and snappy sausages. And do not miss the garlicky picanha whenever it makes the rounds. Don't rule out coming for the salad bar alone --- it's available during both lunch and dinner.
