This busy, friendly Vietnamese spot’s signature dish is the restorative beef broth-based pho brimming with noodles, bright vegetables and other toppings such as tripe. An extensive menu offers nearly 150 options, including meatless as well as less-familiar dishes such as squid salad and crab meat-and-corn soup. Addictive imperial rolls are served on a bed of tangy, rice vinegar-tinged noodle salad spiked with chopped mint and basil.
