With its motto of “Art, Coffee, Vibes,” and its commitment to using local ingredients and small-batch roasted coffee, Guerilla Café seems a natural fit for Berkeley. Tucked into a spot down the road from Chez Panisse, Guerilla serves Blue Bottle Coffee and a limited breakfast and lunch menu. In the morning, choose a fresh pastry, polenta topped with poached eggs or a cornmeal waffle with fresh fruit. Come lunch, try one of the fine grilled sandwiches accompanied by fresh greens.
