Il Terrazzo Carmine Restaurant Review:
About the restaurant: From fresh flowers and candlelit tables to friendly service, nearly everything is thoroughly thought out at Il Terrazzo Carmine. The one exception would be its odd location within an office building.
Food & Drinks: Since 1984, the restaurant has been a Seattle favorite for its Italian cuisine with popular entrées such as market risotto tossed with fresh shrimp, osso buco and crab ravioli. We also recommend the lightly sautéed veal with lemons and capers, roasted duck, and beef tenderloin with pancetta-Barolo sauce. For dessert, the house-made tiramisú and tartuffe (ice cream) are musts. A choice wine list of Italian and Pacific Northwest varietals is ready to complement any meal. Live classical guitar adds to the romantic vibe, although the dining room can become noisy. In summer months, opt for serene seating on the outdoor patio.
