Look for staples such as rib-eyes and strip steaks sharing menu space with more adventurous items like the ahi nachos --- lightly seared bits of lush red tuna served on a crispy wonton chip and drizzled with a spicy wasabi sauce. Red chile camarones --- wood-grilled jumbo shrimp with avocado, pistachio-crusted goat cheese and tequila lime butter --- benefit from a Southwestern touch.
