Khoury's Restaurant Review:

While no more than a roadside coffee shop in ambience or appearance, Khoury's boasts soothing Middle Eastern tunes and cross-cultural Middle Eastern cuisine that's generally tasty but expensive compared to similar eateries of the same quality. Familiar appetizers of hummus, baba ghanouj and falafel are the best bets here; a mixed platter of all will suffice as lunch for two. Neither the crisp and meaty lamb kafta kebab nor authentic stuffed kibbeh will disappoint you (not always true of non-minced meat items, which can sometimes be unpleasantly chewy due to overcooking or just the basic quality of the main ingredient). We also suggest the aromatic oven-baked fish tagine. For dessert, the cool pistachio milk pudding is comforting, though very sweet.
