The owners of Silver Lake Ramen have opened Kush Sake Bar in the former Cortez space on Allison Avenue in Echo Park. The small, izakaya-styled restaurant serves up a variety of sake, yakitori and small plates featuring black cod, roast duck, pork belly, beef carpaccio and Japanese pumpkin.
