About the restaurant: Located in the lobby of Fairmont San Francisco, this restaurant serves as the centerpiece of the hotel.
Food & Drinks: Sample from its menu of California-inspired creations such as braised lamb shank with creamy polenta, wild mushrooms and pearl onions or San Francisco cioppino with local crab, prawns, mussels and clams in a spicy tomato-Pernod broth. Steaks are met with sauces such as the classic bordelaise and sides such as duck fat Lyonnaise potatoes. There are also vegan, raw, macrobiotic, gluten-free and diabetic-friendly dishes, as well as children's menus for all three meals, featuring upscale comfort food favorites such as fish ‘n’ chips and french toast toad-in-a-hole.
