At Koreatown's narrow cubbyhole Mandoo Bar, the restaurant’s namesake comes to life behind the front window in the well-practiced hands of the chefs. The little dumplings come steamed or fried, in various colors, and stuffed with vegetable or meat fillings. You can also get decent servings of traditional Korean dishes such as bibimbob, bulgogi and bowls of steaming noodles.
