Margarita Jones Restaurant Review:
A big, bustling restaurant and cantina, Margarita Jones offers respectable margaritas and better Mexican fare than your typical neighborhood joint. Highlights from an extensive menu include chicken enchiladas bathed in a jalapeño cream sauce, carne asada, carnitas and fish tacos, finished off with a satisfying flan. Plenty of guava margaritas are drained at the bar, and the predictably appointed dining room is reasonably comfortable despite a high decibel level. They have live DJs on Thursdays, and also an early and late-night happy hour daily. Also located at 1125 W.
