Maui Brewing Co. Restaurant Review:
The private dining room and wood-fired stone hearth rotisserie help elevate this eatery above the everyday brewpub; it boasts marble countertops, granite fireplaces, coffered ceilings, mahogany humidors and ornate copper fermenting tanks set 15-feet-high displayed behind beveled glass windows. The microbrews are quite good, and meats are marinated up to three days and then slow roasted. There is also a late-night menu every day of the week, and live music every Wednesday and Thursday.
