Minato Restaurant Review:
Minato inhabits bold quarters, with modern furniture, a window on Charles Street, and a wavy, rainbow-hued ceiling. The Japanese restaurant --- its name means “harbor” --- is a showcase for Alex Tran’s first-rate sushi, and for such kitchen offerings as donburi, teriyakis, noodle dishes, and bento boxes. One can even enjoy a hearty bowl of Vietnamese pho, the classic soup generally composed of meat, herbs and noodles.
