Morton's The Steakhouse Restaurant Review:

Morton's steaks (go for the signature cut --- New York strip) are prime time eating in every respect. We never had a steak here that wasn't properly cooked, nor have we had one that did not deliver that rich mineral taste of Prime aged beef. We admit to enjoying the show and tell menu description (steaks, chops and potatoes are presented tableside, along with a song and dance about their merits). Without a doubt, Morton's side dishes are topnotch, and include horseradish mashed potatoes and model-thin asparagus. If you can manage dessert, a soufflé is perfect for sharing. Though sometimes pushy, the service is usually first-rate.
