If you blink, you just might miss this tiny gem nestled in Chinatown --- which is really Pan-Asiantown --- focused on serving up healthy Vietnamese food to the neighboring community of hospital workers, businessmen and students. Fresh spring rolls, noodle dishes and banh mi (a baguette with slivered vegetables, a choice of meat or pâté and lashings of chile and fish sauce) are the order of the day. Best of all, the menu is lengthy and inexpensive (less than $3 for a teriyaki chicken box lunch with rice and noodles). Keep this one in mind for a quick lunch stop.
